By day I am a Corporate Girlboss™ and by 5pm CST I turn back into my true form of an introverted bog witch, who is always counting down the days to the next holiday, planning the decor and outfits accordingly. Once upon a time I was an Opera Singer, and now instead of learning new arias, you’ll find me tending to my tiny balcony garden and haunting local Chicago bookstores. I love reading and crocheting while binge watching various seasons of Real Housewives and I am always, always down for a pastry. I’ve taken my general passion and understanding of music to TikTok and created several semi-viral videos talking about pop music and why I love it, and why it can be a really magical vessel for storytelling.
I’ve had a dozen iterations of blogs through the years and a niche always finds a way to kill my creativity, so once again, we are starting over. At this point, this little slice of the internet is going to just be a junk drawer. A little junk drawer of my heart and all the things that bring me joy and make me excited to wake up in this fresh hell every day.
